Conflict Resolution Training, including accredited train the trainer programme

We have been a key training partner providing tailored Conflict Resolution training programmes to several sectors for many decades including, health, social care, ambulance, universities, hospices, rail and education across the U.K.

Our training has evolved since our initial engagement on this topic back in 2003 when we were approached by West Midland Ambulance Trust who had a requirement to train every member of staff on how to avoid, resolve or control conflict situations. This training was extremely successful and resulted in a 31% reduction in reported incidents relating to staff being abused, threatened, or assaulted at work in the subsequent two years. Likewise, we reduced lost days for a train operating company.

Conflict resolution training is important as it significantly reduces workplace conflicts and associated costs, leading to a healthier work environment.

In 2022 Solutions developed and added non pain compliant Disengagement/ breakaway techniques on video to support the learners to reduce skills fade. This addition to our training portfolio has been well received by our customers.
