Solutions Training have just delivered a Conflict Resolution Train the Trainer programme to Paramedic Lecturers from two Scottish Universities namely the University of West Scotland and Queen Margaret University so they can in turn train their students. The course involved three hours online learning plus two days in the classroom. In addition to learning conflict resolution skills, they also learned how to train staff to release themselves from grips and grabs using nonpain complaint disengagements / breakaway techniques. On completion, they also received the QNUK award in Conflict Resolution an award on the regulated qualifications framework.
